Jul 1 2008, 4:00 AM EDT I went to a mind body spirit expo here in Brisbane, Australia on the weekend. Very interesting... They had energy field photography there. I was amazed to see the pictures had the charkras all sorts of colours! Why would that be? Maybe the usual spectrum is not the required natural order of the chakras. maybe they're all supposed to learn to become white? Anyhow, i'm also curious about what kinds of meditation can help me. I have some personal advice if you're interested about what's working for me now. Like most of these things, I ask, then I recieve advice from HG. Works pretty well for me. But i tried to take on too much at one time recently and got burnt - even when HG was saying (through numerous sources ) 'don't take on too much'. my 2c. Joe Do you find this valuable? |
