I do a lot of what I would call "at home" energy work. I pray or follow the promptings of spirit and lay my hands on my family for healing or to receive information on how to heal them .I relate it to Mormonism in the way the the pioneers would pray for helaing and God would tell them where to find the herbs and things they needed and how to go about the healing. Like the little boy with his healed hip - I forget his name now.

We also do drumming, clapping and singing to break up the energy in our home and get it flowing in a good direction again. I would relate this to the women's drumming tradition found in the bible and presented, two sunstone symposiums ago, by Elizabeth Quick.
